I think this quote is saying that a person cannot achieve success without striving for success. If a person wants something, they should work for it. No pain, no game is the best  saying to sum this quote up.

As always said, the truth will set you free. Telling the truth is the most powerful thing that a person can do. The truth is always the best option because if you do not tell the truth, then a person can never trust you.

Diversity is not about how we differ. Diversity is about embracing one another's uniqueness.

I think this quote is saying that diversity is not about the physical attributes of a person. The things that a person can accomplish very well is what a person should focus on. This was the main conflict back in the days of The Civil Rights Movement. Keep on doing what you like and you will succeed.

I think this quote is saying that a person shouldn't think abut the past or the future, just worry about what is going on now. The past is irrelevant because anything that already happened cannot be changed. However, a person can change their future by doing things that are the best for you NOW.
