I think this quote is saying that diversity is not about the physical attributes of a person. The things that a person can accomplish very well is what a person should focus on. This was the main conflict back in the days of The Civil Rights Movement. Keep on doing what you like and you will succeed.

I think this quote is saying that a person shouldn't think abut the past or the future, just worry about what is going on now. The past is irrelevant because anything that already happened cannot be changed. However, a person can change their future by doing things that are the best for you NOW.

There is always a king in every crowd. Why not you...??

This quote is saying a person can be a king if he tries. Being that one person to try to succeed the most can put you in that position of being a king. By saying "King", this quote is not saying this as being royalty, it is saying to act as if you had royal tendencies by doing what you do best.
